To Never Leave a Bucket Dry

featuring Love Story by Steven Clay Walker

To never leave a bucket dry

I ponder now, the passing day
The passers-by, where others' stray.
To breathe the nectars, natures hands.
The heaven's fall, and grain of sand.
And so the touch and tides to come.
The yearning and forever young.
Such inward smiles and joy discreet.
The outward glow where smiles do meet.
To always know with times' demise,
"There never was at all disguise."
To always know, and inward awe.
Yourself is all I'm asking for.

The waves to crash and then subside.
To always have you by my side.
To see the beauty, always love.
Embrace the waters from above.
And so to dance, as puddles form.
And so the passing of the storm.
To know within where eyes expose
The wonderment, lament and pose.
A picture caught, the captured piece.
"If only in this mind, at least."

And so a stream just flowing by.
"To never leave a bucket dry."
To fill the hearts, such rays of light.
To feel within, both day and night.
